이번 임상은 중증 이상의 팔자주름으로 교정이 요구되는 성인 106명을 대상으로 이뤄졌다. 연구는 무작위배정방법에 따라 피험자 안면중앙부의 우측 및 좌측에 ‘디비바바 미디움(DIVAVIVA medium)’, 대조군 필러 ‘제품 R’을 각각 주사하는 방식으로 진행됐다.

주름 심각도 척도 등급 WSRS(Wrinkle Severity Rating Scale)에서 1개 등급 이상 감소한 피시험자 비율에 있어서도 평가자의 평가의 경우 디바비바 미디움은 2주차에 100%, 52주차에 41.5%, 제품 R은 2주차에 100%, 52주차에 40.2% 비율로 WSRS 등급이 1개 등급 이상 감소했다고 평가했다. 이 역시 디바비바 미디움, 제품 R 두 그룹간 통계적으로 유의한 차이가 없었다. 또한 안전성에 있어서 피험자들은 특별한 이상 반응을 보이지 않았다.
